Priscillas Place is a 2008 Winnebago Outlook 31 C, Class C Motorhome.“Priscilla’s Place” is named after my mom(Priscilla). My wife and I purchased this RV a couple of weeks before my mom passed away in 2022. Shortly after we purchasing the RV, my mom passed. I had a dream of taking my mom on a great trip in this RV but never really got the chance. That being said, we named the RV “Priscilla’s Place” in her memory. Our desire is that “Priscilla’s Place” can now be apart of making your adventures become a reality one memory at a time.Travel in style in this beautiful set up that comes with everything you need for your next vacation. She can accommodate sleeping for 8(6 comfortably).*Huge outdoor awning*Auto-Power leveling jacks(touch of a button)*A/C's*Living room slide-out*Warm and bright interior décorThis RV is perfect for a family trip, or just providing a little extra space and comfort for some much needed relaxation. She has a Queen bed in the rear(Master), not to mention the cab over has a full size bed, a converting dining table, and a couch that converts into a sleeper.The interior has everything you could need; queen bed, built-in cabinets, kitchen, bathroom w/shower, dining table. There is storage inside & out.
Outside includes speakers that connect to the stereo and a large awning.
We take pride in having a fully functional, fully stocked home. The generator starts easily should you need power and the gas Ford 305 is easy to drive. Also automatic leveling system makes camping easy and safe. It’s literally just one push of a button and “Priscilla’s Place” will level her self out.We hope you enjoy camping in it as much as we do. Here is some of what is included:-We provide a full RV kitchen setup including pots and pans, plates, silverware, cutting board, knives (including steak knives), serving utensils, etc.-We provide towels for 4 people,
-you will need to bring your own sheets, pillows, and other bedding needs.
-We provide 2 camping chairs and a light weight folding table.-There are two TVS in the RV(Fire-stick would be needed).-Tool kit is also included.-The unit will be extremely clean when you get it. We will provide a sanitary cleaning of the unit after it returns/before you pick it up.All we ask is that you…
1. do your dishes
2. strip the beds
3. dump the tanks
4. return everything where you found it
5. sweep Priscilla clean
6. Lastly, remove all trash.
We recommend taking pictures so that you know where everything goes at the end of your adventure. Get ready to make memories that will last a lifetime!What's includedIncluded is

- Prep fee: NZ$126.75. This fee will cover professional cleaning and required maintenance checks… Basic maintenance, Cleaning and sanitation, Overhaul of every storage compartment, Maintenance of the daily usage of the RV.

This is was our first RV trip and Joshua made it very easy for us. He was always quick to respond to our inquiries, very kind, helpful, great to work with. The RV was extremely clean and reliable. We rented the RV to take my elderly parents to visit our son in college in South Dakota. They had all the comforts of home during our drive. We drove home in snowy/icy conditions and the RV did great! Josh provided everything we would need to make our trip comfortable. I cannot recommend him enough.

Joshua was the ideal host! He was a text or phone call away anytime we needed him. His RV was easy to drive equipt with everything our family needed, updated nicely, and absolutely outstanding!
