This beautiful camper with black and grey interior has everything to offer! Sleeps up to 10, but comfortably 9. Has indoor electric fireplace and TV, with indoor/outdoor surround system. Fridge, stove, microwave, indoor shower, full table (puts down into bed), fold down couch, bunk beds, master bedroom with queen bed. Outdoor flat top and fridge. Outdoor shower. Light up awning. Tons of storage! $150 cleaning fee if not cleaned and swept out (must be in same condition as whenq it left our driveway). Pets are allowed- but 50.00 will be automatically deducted from deposit for extra cleaning needed. Camper is Brand NEW used only 2 times last fall.Includes corn-hole, plates, cups, cutlery, toilet paper, silverware/utensils, paper towels, and 9 camping chairs. You must bring your own pillows, blankets, sleeping bags, ect. Generator is available at additional cost. There is a storage rack at back of camper for bikes or coolers. Pet friendly, NO Smoking of ANY kind inside, will rent to only 35 and older.Camper can be delivered for additional fee on my days off, otherwise you must know how to pull and back up a camper of this size. You can pull it with a 1500 series truck. Impact driver and level are included for leveling jacks. We are located just 2 miles away from Holtwood campground in Oconto, WI. $225 cleaning fee will be charged if camper isn't cleaned, And waste tanks are not emptied and flushed. This will be adjusted depending on what needs to be done. We understand normal wear and everything.
