S’mores & Sunsets RV

All drivers must be approved through Outdoorsy and be comfortable operating a Class C motorhome. Please follow traffic laws and posted speed limits. A daily mileage allowance is included; additional miles are charged per the listing. Renters are responsible for maintaining adequate levels of Diesel Exhaust Fluid and engine oil as needed. Generator use includes the daily hours listed in your booking. Additional usage is charged hourly. Please observe campground quiet hours. Pets are welcome with prior approval only and must be disclosed at booking. A $100 pet fee per pet applies. Pets may not be left unattended and must stay off beds and furniture unless protected. Guests are responsible for pet cleanup. If evidence of an unauthorized pet is found, a $300 unauthorized pet fee will be charged, plus any cleaning or damage fees. Smoking or vaping is strictly prohibited inside the RV. Evidence will result in additional cleaning fees. Music festivals, tailgating, and large events are not permitted. The RV is most comfortable for couples. An overhead bunk and optional blow-up mattress are available, but guest count must remain within the approved limit. The RV will be provided clean and trip-ready. Renters are responsible for returning it in similar condition, including emptying all tanks, unless services were arranged in advance. If tanks are not returned completely empty, a $195 dump and sanitation fee will be charged. Excessive cleaning may result in additional fees. Pickup is after 3:00 PM and return is by 11:00 AM unless otherwise arranged. Late returns may incur fees.
