- Security deposit: NZ$835.00 (refundable)
- Prep fee: NZ$100.20. This fee will cover ONLY preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental. We use sanitizing detergent in the towels, blankets, sheets etc. We clean in the same way that we clean for ourselves.
