5This is our first RV rental and Ruben explained on how an RV works in detail and things to take care of etc.. he made us feel comfortable and helped us whenever we asked any questions about RV. Ruben was extremely pleasant to interact with. We had a great family time renting his RV and visited some beautiful provincial parks in Ontario.
