• No off-road use • No subleasing • Only approved drivers may tow the trailer • Max towing speed 65mph • Renter is responsible for ensuring their vehicle is properly rated to tow the trailer • Awning must be fully retracted when unattended and during wind • Any awning damage is renter responsibility regardless of cause • No climbing or walking on the roof • No smoking inside trailer (minimum $500 cleaning fee) • Pets only with prior approval • Black and gray tanks must be emptied before return or fee applies • No wipes, paper towels, or foreign objects in toilet • Trailer must be returned in the same condition as received • Excessive dirt, trash, stains, or odors will result in additional cleaning fees • Deliver (if applicable) Trailer must not be moved if delivered. Renter is responsible for any damage occurring during rental period • Fees (if applicable): Dumping fee: $150, Excess cleaning: $50-$200, Smoking remediation: $500+. Late return: $50/hr. • No need to refill propane, I will do this at my own time and expense
