• Little Foot is happy to host you! Please follow these rules to help ensure the full return of your security deposit: 1. **No Smoking** – Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vaping, or drugs) inside the RV will result in forfeiture of the entire security deposit. 2. **No Illegal Drugs** – Any evidence of possession, transportation, or use of illegal substances will result in forfeiture of the entire security deposit. Law enforcement may be contacted if evidence is found. 3. **Odors & Cooking** – Please avoid activities that create strong, lingering odors, including storing raw fish or cooking with heavily scented ingredients (e.g., curry, strong gumbo). Excessive odors may result in loss of the security deposit. 4. **Lost or Damaged Items** – Guests are responsible for replacement or repair costs, plus a 25% administrative fee to cover processing time and applicable platform fees. 5. **Tolls, Tickets & Violations** – Guests are responsible for all tolls, parking tickets, red-light camera violations, and similar charges incurred during the rental. A $75 administrative fee will be charged for each mailed invoice or violation received. You may pay tolls directly or use your own toll pass to avoid additional fees. 6. **Awnings** – Use awnings at your own risk. They must be retracted immediately during wind, rain, or adverse weather and must never be left extended when the RV is unattended, including overnight. Awning damage is not covered by insurance and replacement costs can exceed $1,500–$5,000. Failure to follow these rules may result in additional charges, loss of deposit, or other actions as permitted under the rental agreement.
