It has everything you need to be comfortable--2 queen beds and 1 double (dining room table converts), all with memory foam toppers, 1 interior flat screen TV and 1 exterior. 15 gallon hot water shower, double sink, triple burner, oven and full-sized fridge/freezer. Dine in in the booth-style dinette or outside under the awning. Pull-out prepping table available. Easy to drive and easy to park. Absolutely perfect for families!FYI We don't rent to folks going to Burning Man. Pets are taken into consideration on a case by case basis. No puppies. Pets need to be house broken.What's includedKitchen items, emergency supplies, RV toilet paper, water tank full, deep cycle batteries.RecommendationsPlease bring your own bedding (sheets, comforters, blankets, pillows, etc). Please bring your own towels. Other things to noteWe do not supply dishwashing soap, paper towels, trash bags, lighters or matches.

We had such an amazing time camping with Olivia’s RV! She was an awesome host. She walked us through everything prior to departure. The camper ran great it was clean, perfect fit for our family and little doggies.

Olivia was great! Very easy to work with and very responsive when I had questions. The RV was amazing! This was our first RV experience and we loved it! We will definitely rent from Olivia again if we need an RV.

This was my first rental with Outdoorsy and it was better than expected, everything went as planned along with regular updates with friendly reminders. Our host was just also a pleasure to rent from as well with a thorough walk through of the RV. We will likely be renting from her again.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
I will work with my renters' schedule... early pick ups available after 10 am. It is possible, depending on the day, and earlier pick up is allowed.
Late drop offs available but not after 7 pm.
