5.0This was the first time I had ever driven a van or RV. Jacob walked me through the entire process and answered any questions we had prior to our trip. The van was very easy to drive, clean, and had everything we needed. Jacob offered to help whenever needed and was kind and generous with his time. We had an amazing trip and didn't have to worry about anything. I would highly recommend renting from them.

5.0The van was very clean and well maintained. Everything worked great and Jacob was helpful with explaining everything about it. He was also very flexible in arranging an airport drop off last minute due to some circumstances that almost caused us to miss our flight! Definitely would rent again.
