It's also nimble enough to tuck away in a secluded camping spot off the beaten path. We'd love to share our motorhome with you.We'd love for you to bring your pets on your adventure. -A fixed sleeping area above the cabThere is an internal dining table that can be set up once the slide-out is extended.Unfortunately, the awning is sticking and is not operational at this time. We are happy to provide a pop-up canopy until we get this repaired.The RV has an on-board generator with a provided exhaust kit for situations where you will be close to others, such as festivals.What's includedThis coach will come fully stocked with dishes, silverware, toilet paper, and cleaning supplies. We can provide linens if desired. You'll need to bring towels, blankets/comforters, and pillows.There are two camping chairs, a fold up table, and an outdoor rug provided in one of the storage areas for your use.Want to take your bicycles? We are happy to provide a 4 bike Thule carrier at no additional charge. This rack is perfect for your high end road bikes and mountain bikes.Other things to noteNo smoking allowed. • No smoking allowed. The RV cannot have any detectable cigarette/marijuana/etc odors when returned.
• For renters with dogs, you must cover the sofa and bench/bed with a blanket or pad if allowing your dog on these. This is to prevent dog nails puncturing the vinyl and hair/stains on cushions.
• As we do not charge a cleaning fee, the RV must be returned clean and in the same condition as it was received by the renter (excluding normal wear).
To receive your full deposit, return the RV:
-Clean (similar condition as it was rented; $100 charge if not done)
-Free of damage (Normal wear and tear excluded)
-Free of smoke odor
-Gray/Black tanks emptied ($100 charge if not done)
-LP tank full ($20 + cost to refill if not done)
-Gas tank at same level as rented ($20 + cost to refill if not done)
