You can’t go wrong with this Fifth wheel trailer to enjoy the beautiful Central Coast! You can Pick up Fifth Wheel and tow to your destination or we can deliver and set up at your booked campsite, you just bring food/clothes and Relax! We are flexible with delivery and pick up, but any time after agreed-upon pickup and delivery time, we will charge $20 an hour or any portion, thereof.**We DO NOT rent out to Oceano Sand Dunes on beach.**Smoking is not allowed.We ask that you take care of our RV as if it was your home away from home. Please let us know how we can help you get the most out of your Central Coast visit!

However, anywhere you are able to be alone and spend time with your significant other or family is the best place on earth!Other things to noteSmoking is NOT allowed. Violation of the NO SMOKING policy will result in a $500 penalty fee.Please do not flush any baby wipes, cleaning wipes, feminine hygiene products, paper towels, tissues, trash or any kind into the toilet. A $100 Black tank maintenance Fee will be charged if anything located in black tank causing clogging.No climbing on top of trailer. -Do not lean or attach anything to trailer. (Tables, bbq, bikes etc.) Any damages that occur because of these actions is the responsibility of the renter.
Be vigilant of weather conditions when using awning. If there is gusts of wind, it is not advised to have awning out. Any damage cost that occur to awning during trip is the responsibility of the renter.
Leave trailer in same condition you received it. Any damage, excess fur, dirt, sand, left in trailer is subject to additional cleaning fees.Have a Great Vacation!
