RecommendationsWe are located within 20 minutes of interstate 89 which gets you quickly on your way to your destination. We have the ocean and mountains less than 2hrs drive with many RV campgrounds to choose from. Even closer are many beautiful lakes, rivers, mountains and forests with even more campgrounds located close to where you want to be.Other things to noteWe do not allow smoking or vaping. No pets.
Be sure to check the size limits of where you will be staying to be sure the RV fits!
When driving be sure to plan your route on roads that do not have low clearance bridges or have tunnels that do not allow propane tanks. Our RV is 28' 8" Long, 11' 8" Tall and has a 42 lb (12.2 Gal) Propane tank.

5Dave and Shane were excellent hosts! They were super welcoming and communicative leading up to departure. The RV was perfect and we enjoyed our stay! We rented fairly last minute and they made sure we had everything we needed and knew how to do everything before we left. Very accommodating and would 100% recommend them! We would definitely rent from them again!

• We require guest to clean up after themselves. Cleaning supplies are in the camper. All used linens must be put into the laundry bags. Trash must be disposed of prior to end of rental. $100 fee for extra cleaning/trash removal.
• Gas tank must be returned full. Propane tank must be returned full. $50 fee plus cost of fuel to fill each.
• Black Water tank (sewer) & Gray Water tank must be returned empty. $100 fee if not emptied.
• $100 Fee will be charged for evidence of pets.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
We will be as flexible as possible to accommodate special request. Please just send us a message if you have any requests for change of time or meeting in a different location. You can leave one vehicle at our location if needed.

Can I drive up a steep incline?
A.
Because of the length of the RV (29') - Please be very careful when going from a flat surface onto a steep incline. The tail of the RV and attached pipes may drag on the ground and be damaged if the incline is too steep. Slower is best with one person outside of vehicle alerting the driver if the RV is about to drag on the ground. Sometimes a different angle can fix the problem.

Can I drive on all roads?
A.
No, you have to plan your route to avoid any road with low bridges. Do not go on roads that have bridges lower than 12' or are posted for passenger cars only. Some tunnels do not allow RV Propane tanks. Be aware of the roof heights at gas stations, drive thru restaurants, etc..
