This pristine 2024 Keystone Springdale 25th Anniversary, named The Roam Haven, is owned by a military family in Hampton Roads. This will sleep 6 comfortably. The one queen size bed that can be closed off for privacy and two full sized bunk beds. The table converts to a sleeping area and there is a couch that pulls out into a sleeper!This Roam Haven is available for delivery only — we take care of all the setup and preparation so you can simply show up, relax, and enjoy! Please note: any applicable tolls will be added to your reservation prior to final approval.Renters must provide sewer, water, and 30-amp electric service.The rental includes clean linens, bath towels, memory foam mattress toppers on each bed, and a fully stocked kitchen! A Blackstone grill is provided upon request with a $25 cleaning fee when returned. No smoking is allowed inside; violations will result in forfeiture of the entire deposit.Pets are allowed but must be pre-approved!What's includedWe've got you covered with fresh linens, cookware, silverware, plates, bowls, and coffee mugs — everything you need for a cozy stay! Enjoy the outdoors with four comfy camping chairs and a charming lighted 8x10 outdoor rug. We had a job cleaning out a house & thought it would be easier to stay at the house. So looked for a camper. This camper popped up. It said they delivered & set it up. Perfect it is exactly what we needed! I messaged Summer asking questions. She was more than helpful! Answered every question plus volunteered some extra! When checking out I had some problems. Summer was right there offering her help. I couldn't have completed it without her! The camper arrived. This camper was stocked with everything. (Plates, cups, pans,silverware everything even bath towels. The beds were like sleeping on a cloud. After a long day that was welcoming! Summer & her husband even made a special trip to empty & refill water supply etc. They both are the kindest people willing to do anything to make our stay the best it could be! Even our dog was welcomed & that was a big plus for us! We would definitely rent this camper again & who knows, I just might! Thank you for helping us feel like we were at home¡

Great communication, trailer was in excellent condition with everything working properly. Summer dropped the trailer off at our campsite and picked it up w/out any hiccups. We would definitely rent this rig again!

Q.Are pets allowed in the RV?

We welcome furry friends but do ask that guests notify us in advance if they plan to bring pets. We request that pets remain supervised and that the RV is kept clean.
Q.Can I view the RV in person before renting?
A.
Yes! We are located in Newport News and encourage potential guests to come by and view the RV in person. Just let us know, and we’ll be happy to arrange a convenient time for you.
Q.What cleaning and maintenance are required upon return?
A.
We ask that guests return the RV in a clean condition, with trash removed and surfaces wiped down. All food must be disposed of.
Q.What amenities are included in the RV rental?
A.
Our Keystone Springdale Classic 26ft RV comes equipped with a kitchen, sleeping accommodations, bathroom, and dining area. It includes essentials like a refrigerator, microwave, stovetop, and heating/air conditioning for a comfortable stay. Bedding and kitchen basics are also provided.
