Our 2023 Gulfstream Ameri-Lite comes with high-performance vinyl flooring throughout, a white kitchen sink, craft-made cabinetry with designer pulls, a neutral color scheme to brighten the space, plus fabric-wrapped box valances to make you feel right at home. The trailer is 23' long and has a single slide out. There is sleeping for 8 utilizing a versatile murphy bed, two double-size bunks, and a convertible u-shaped dinette with seating for 4. You will have to provide your own linens including sheets, towels and washcloths.The chef can whip up a hearty meal in our kitchen that is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, sink, and two burner cooktop, or use the outside half-kitchen. The kitchen is stocked with plates, bowls, cups, silverware, pots and pans, cooking utensils, and one complementary roll of paper towels. The bathroom includes a toilet, shower, sink, medicine cabinet, fan vents, and a skylight with one complimentary roll of toilet paper. There are LED lights throughout the inside of the camper and plenty of windows for natural light. There are plenty of houshold outlets and USB plugs throughout the unit. There are built-in radio speakers with Bluetooth capabilities. The TV has many of the popular streaming apps pre-programed. Also, the camper includes a fully functioning air conditioning unit as well as a propane furnace for colder nights.Outside, there is a 12' power awning and speakers for the perfect entertaining space. There is also an outdoor storage compartment for extra space.The trailer weighs approximately 3600 lbs dry for easy towing. This trailer uses a 7 pin connector for lights and brakes.Other things to noteWe love our furry friends, but this unit is no pets allowed.
