Host was very quick to respond, was patient with my many questions, and flexible. The RV we signed up for came back from is previous trip with some damage, so Ehren rented us a different, slightly more expensive one without charging extra. It turned out to be perfect for my family, as it had a bunk bed, an over head bunk that was padded, a very comfortable queen bed with a lot of storage, and a couch long enough to fit my 5'11", 81 year old dad comfortably. The dinette table also folded down into a bed, but we didn't need it so I'm not sure how comfortable that one is. The only downside to the RV was the keurig coffee maker didn't work. My dad is a coffee addict, so that was difficult, but we managed 😊. Overall, it was a wonderful trip and we will definitely tent from them again!
