Perfect family outfit or the weekend getaway. It's simple to setup, got a power drill to quickly run out the outriggers, no slide to worry about, and electric awning. Got tools and supplies to fully setup. Filters for the water, toilet paper for you know what, washable dishes and silverware, and bedding for the queen bed. Got lots of storage with bins, rugs on the floor, built in vacuum cleaner, and added lots of pegs to hang items around the RV. There is a large griddle with an option to run a 5 gallon propane tank or smaller throw-away cylinders. The camper has a shower, bath tub, toilet, sinks, stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, sofa, kitchen table, and best of all, air conditioning. For sleeping, there is the master bedroom in the front with a queen bed, the couch makes a bed, the table makes into a bed, and one bunk, top and bottom both double sized. There is multiple hoses and extention cords if you need to hook to something farther away, and even an adapter to run the camper off a normal wall outlet if you need. The poop hose is only about 15 feet, so remember that. Freshwater holding tank is 43 gallons with an electric pump that can run off battery if your dry camping with no hookups. The grey water tank (sink and shower water waste) holds 39 gallons and the black tank(toilet waste) holds 30 gallons. Got two 20lb propane tanks on the front to run the refrigerator/freezer during transit and the hot water heater.(6 gallon capacity) The electric jack on the front makes hooking up way to easy and even a light on it if you need to connect to it at night. Inside and outside stereo system with radio, Bluetooth, and auxiliary cord options of playing. Last of all, their is cable TV hookups but no TV, so if that's your priority, gonna have to bring your own. 5,000 lbs empty with a 2,500 lb cargo limit. If you don't want to clean or empty the waste tanks, or if you don't do it, I charge 100 for waste tank disposal and 75 for cleaning. What's included

I've camped lots of places in South Dakota and Minnesota. Anywhere you park an RV is a good day!!Other things to note
Please keep it clean and in the same condition it came to you. (So preferably all 4 wheels still on the ground) 🙃 If it's dirty or the tanks need dumped, we'll have to charge for it.....
