This easy to tow Coleman Bunk House is the perfect travel trailer for your next adventure. Our RV has a lightweight design that can be towed by an SUV or small truck. We strongly recommend that you do a little research to check your vehicle’s towing capacity (requires 4,000 lbs or more). Requires a 2-5/16” tow ball and 7 pin connection. We may require that you use a brake controller depending on your tow vehicle.* This is a brand new unit - Includes 8" Memory Foam queen mattress, bed sheets, TV/DVD Player, etc. But these will be available on your trip. Some pictures are of the 2021 unit we have, but this one is almost identical.Note: There will always be a fitted sheet on all of the mattresses at no cost to you. Additionally, there is no charge if you would only like to use our towels. Just let us know you'd like no linens, towels only, or the linen package when you send us your reservation request.Again, let us know if you have any questions!What's includedLinens includes freshly laundered blankets, sheets, and towels as well as pillows.

Other things to noteAll holding tanks will need to be drained and cleaned out. Instructions will be provided. Dump Fee = $25 Camper must be swept and left in the condition that it was at delivered. Cleaning fee = $25 Place all used linens on main bed at return. Cleaning supplies provided.****NOTE: The toilet is a Plastic unit. The manufacturers weight limit is 250 lbs. Please be aware as exceeding the limit will cause damage, which you will be responsible for. ***Pets under 20 lbs. are welcome.

5Great camper and great service with David. Everything was smooth and easy and we didn't have the greatest weather on our trip but there was everything we needed stocked in the camper to still have a great time. Would rent from David again!

5Contacted David about week out from my trip. This pickup and drop off was painless and he was super essy to communicate with. We had a great time. We used power but did not use the water driven features as our camp site had no hook up. Easy to hook up for a generator but also easy to use camper on a rustic site. Will rent again from him!

5David was wonderful and quick to respond. He brought the camper to our campsite at the time we agreed on and gave us the tour. Camper is nice for 3 adults with all linens and kitchen items included. We were able to just show up with our personal items for the weekend and food. Would definitely recommend this rental Andrea

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
This will be on a case by case basis. I do work a regular 8-5 job, so ideally pick up and drop off would be after 5:30 weekdays, Any time on Weekends. But I can be flexible if I have the PTO available. I will work with you.
