1.0Vehicle had maintenance issues. Fuel gauge did not work. 3 tires were not safe to be on the vehicle- the mechanic said we were very lucky we didn't have a major accident. Had to stop our trip. leave the vehicle at a mechanic repair shop, rent another vehicle, then continue our trip. Host said he would make sure we would only be charged for the time we had the vehicle, but we were charged in full. Outdoorsy and myself have tried numerous times to reach out to the host and he has been unresponsive. I will update my review if anything changes.

5.0Our quickly planned weekend getaway turned into one of the easiest, most memorable, and best rental experiences we've ever had. The Sprinter van was impeccably clean, inside and out. The communication was top-notch and they were extremely accommodating. They went out of their way to make our trip special in more ways than one. Above and beyond service and quality. Will definitely rent again!
