There will be a $250 fee for any evidence of smoking in the camper.
Renter is responsible for dumping black water and gray water tanks, $100 fee for returning them not cleaned out.
Awning may be used but needs to be retracted at night or during storm, and high winds. Renter is responsible for any damage to awning.
Camper must be returned clean. If brought back excessively dirty there will be a cleaning fee of $150
