This is the perfect couples camper! Get away from all the stresses of life and reconnect with each other without sacrificing all the comforts of home. This unit is in amazing condition with a brand new awning installed in May 2024.I’ve provided a YouTube tour:

It has a very comfy queen size bed with access to storage underneath. There is a smart TV mounted on the wall so you can keep up with your shows or watch movies in bed.The bathroom has a shower with skylight. There is storage in the linen closet, under the sink as well as in a medicine cabinet behind the mirror.The kitchen area is open with plenty of cabinets. It is equipped with a 3 burner gas stove with hood ventilation and a microwave overhead. There is no shortage of space in the oversized fridge/freezer.The upgraded sitting area has a reclining couch for maximum relaxation and comfort.Number Of Slideouts: 2 (including a closet!)

Music Row/Broadway is a stones throw away if you want to explore the Nashville night life!I always recommend looking for campsites with a sewer hook up, so you can dump your water on site, and don’t have to worry about your water usage.Other things to note* A complete walk-through inspection will take place before departure and arrival
* All trash must be removed from the camper and disposed
* No smoking allowed. Please note there will be a $250.00 charge for smoke treatment
* Refrigerator and oven must be free of all items
* No pets
* All gray water / black water / fresh water tanks should be emptied before returning. There will be a $200 fee for tanks that are unemptied
*The awning should not be left unattended while extended, especially in poor weather conditions. Strong winds and pooling water can really be damaging (to you security deposit as well)
