This is a wonderful Rear Kitchen Layout camper. The camper can sleep 6 people total, however we only recommend this if there are small children, as the dinette is not comfortable for an adult. We have enjoyed traveling all over the US with our camper and are excited to be able to share it with you. The camper comfortably sleeps 4. There are linens and sheets included for the Queen size bed, and pullout Full size couch. If you plan to use the dinette we suggest bringing a sleeping bag! The couch and dinette were reupholstered in 2023, so everything is in excellent shape! We include our Verizon Home 5G Wifi with the rental, however if there is no cell signal at your campsite it may not work. I have used the wifi for online gaming and zoom calls, as well as streaming movies and TV without issue on many of our trips. We also have an Amazon Echo, Ipad over the bed, and Google TV (for google casting from your device). *All of these depend on the Wifi working*The bathroom is oversized compared to most campers. Its one of the main reasons we bought this layout! A large corner shower, and plenty of privacy. The indoor kitchen includes a stove top and oven. The oven is pretty small, but is able to cook a frozen pizza, or some cookies. There is a large pantry, and plenty of storage. We also include a couple of pots and pans and utensils. There may or may not be paper plates and plastic utensils. We don't restock these items, but usually there are some left from previous renters! The outdoor kitchen includes a two burner stove top, and table top grill. There are also outdoor speakers, an outdoor shower, and all of the pictured outdoor furniture. What's includedOutdoors:

Other things to noteFor Towing:
We prefer to setup the camper for you at a local campground around Nashville. If you would like to tow the camper yourself we can approve this on a case by case basis. This camper can be towed by most trucks 3/4 ton or larger. An F-150 or similar half ton truck can sometimes tow it, but it depends on the options on your specific vehicle.
We will need to see a photo of your tire pressure label showing the max payload for your vehicle. Typically this would need to be a minimum of 1400lbs to tow this camper. In addition we will need your axle ratio, make, and model to verify your max towing capacity. For "Boondocking":
This camper does not have a generator. If you are planning to use it without an electric hookup be aware that the battery will only run the lights and water pump for about 1 night of camping. The battery will charge through the towing cable connected to your vehicle, but this may drain your vehicle battery as well. We do not recommend staying in the camper without an electric hookup for an extend period, but it should be fine if you are making a quick overnight stop at a rest area while traveling.

My wife and I had a great trip with the Murray's Travel Trailer. The Murray's were wonderful to deal with and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect for us. I left my watch in the trailer and they got it back to me quick. I would defiantly rent from them in the future.

We couldn't be happier with how this all turned out. The vehicle is so nice - coming from a group who used to only camp with tents, the ability to cool off with AC, sleep in beds, and prepare food within the comfort of this vehicle was a total game changer. We were a group of four and were able to operate with space inside the 5th wheel.
We were completely new to the towing and RV experience, yet Paul was amazing and assisted us with every question we had whether it was about what truck to rent for his vehicle to what setting we should have for the brake controllers. He also provided all necessary instruction for managing the water systems in the vehicle which was absolutely crucial for us.
10/10, absolutely would rent again.

Q.What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?
A.
Typically we do noon check-in and check-out with a minimum of one day in between bookings so that we can clean and prep the camper for the next guest. If we are setting up the camper at your campsite the time will depend on the campgrounds check in and out policies.

Q.How do the electric, water and sewage hook up work while setting up at the campground?
A.
The camper has a full hookup. If the campground does not have a full hookup we do have a gray water tote to empty the shower water. The tote is not meant for black water. Typically for two people the black water tank lasts about 3 days. The gray water tank, and gray water tote will hold about 2 showers worth of water each. This means you will need to empty the gray water every two showers.
