Ready for Fun!There is a propane tank installed and an extra available free of charge to avoid running out of gas.When hooked to power the AC blows super cold. On battery or power, the trailer has LED lights inside and out to ensure low power draw, the power awning also includes LEDs. The slide out and awning are powered and can use battery or ACYou are completly welcome to pick up your trailer 1 night early to get an extra bit of prep time. Anytime after 6pm We will simply charge a half rate, choose it in the add ons :)What's includedIncluded is cookware utensils and a table, lighter, hookups, wheel chalks, some spices, yummy hot sauce. Easy! the included hoses get hooked to the tanks, fresh water, sewer, and electrical, all included! Tre trailer then uses 120V to power the inside including the AC
Q.Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?

Not really, sometimes I forget it is attached. It rides so easily. I mean, it could be the F-150 as well, such a good truck :)
