You do not have to be present when we deliver the RV. We reach out the day before to coordinate when you may be arriving. Keys will be in a lockbox in the outdoor storage compartment. Everything will be hooked up & turned on before your arrival. Please let us know when you have arrived and a code will be given for the key. If you are New to camping please let us know and we can do a walk through with you.Included in the rentals

Awnings are allowed to be used; however, they are only meant to be used for shade from the sun. Wind and rain are the most common reasons awnings can become damaged. It is the responsibility of the renter to bring the awning in if leaving the RV for any period of time, or if there is wind higher than 10 mph shaking the awning causing strain or if there is heavy rain expected with and/or without wind. If the awning is not tilted the weight of the water collecting on top from the rain can collapse the awning causing damage to the fabric, arms, or the entire system. The cost to repair is the responsibility of the renter.

We had a great time on our trip. The camper that we rented was great it had plenty of room in it. And was nice and clean upon our arrival. Anita and her husband were a delight to deal with, they were very helpful in walking us the the process of renting a camper with them. We enjoyed it so much that we have already book our next trip with them..

We spent our time in the camper rental at Pirate Land Campground in Myrtle Beach. The camper was all we hoped for and more. It was very spacious and well stocked with everything we needed. Paul and Anita were very helpful with any questions we had. We would definitely rent from them again and encourage others who want to vacation in a camper to look them up. Paul & Anita ere there when we arrived to answer any questions and help us get set up. When the hot water stopped working, Paul expertly talked me thru how to reset it. All good. I'd rent from them again.
