Great RV for families or couples. All linens, cookware, coffee pot included. Dining table converts to full size bed. Couch converts to twin size bed. 3 bunks in rear. Queen size bedroom. Outdoor kitchen.What's includedIncluded in rental price: All bedding, beach towels, bath towels, cookware, cooking utensils, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, coffee pot and filters.Other things to noteDelivery ONLY! We do NOT allow renters to tow our units. Please note delivery time is 5pm and pickup time is 9am unless other arrangements have been made. $40 dumping fee if site is not full hookup. A delivery address MUST be listed on reservation. Delivery fee is $85 and includes delivery, setup and pickup. We are not responsible for items left behind. We are not responsible for damages to personal belongings. We are not responsible for injuries during rental. Awning must be retracted if leaving the site, during windy weather and at night. A $500 fee will be applied if awning is damaged during rental.
