Linens are provided for all beds. Bath towels, kitchen towels are provided. There are outdoor rugs, camp chairs and more. Bathroom includes a spacious shower and storage for all of your personal items. We provide toilet paper specifically made for RV's as any other paper can damage the holding tanks. Please do not throw any feminine products, paper towels, baby wipes or any other products in the toilet. Delivery within 25 miles is included with the rental. Delivery exceeding 25 miles incurs an additional fee of $4.50 per mile that will be calculated upon approval. Awning is not available for use - any tampering with the awning will result in losing your entire deposit as well as any costs to repair. We have provided a 10 x 10 pop up canopy to be used in its place. However, if camper is not occupied, high winds, or storms develop - it must be collapsed. Renter takes responsibility for replacement if used and any damage caused by the canopy. Canopy is NOT to be secured to the camper - there are stakes provided to secure in the ground.

5All we can say is, "WOW!!!" Such a great experience with Chris and Rhonda! When we arrived at our campsite, they were there waiting on us, with the site ready to go. All we had to do was unpack and configure our campsite the way we wanted it. Such a great family, and it felt like we had known them for years! We had one minor issue during our entire stay, which was mostly my fault. I texted Chris, and he was there in 5 min to fix it, and we were good to go! We will definitely be contacting them again next summer for our yearly camping trip!
