This fifth wheel is perfect for a couples getaway!Welcome "home" to the combined kitchen and living area with large slide out and dinette for those romantic or quick meals. Entertainment center with over-sized tv and fireplace to enjoy in a reclining loveseat. Kitchen equipped with residential refrigerator, three burner stove, oven, microwave, keurig and toaster.Master bedroom with queen residential mattress, tv, wardrobe and closet space for all of your belongings.
Camper has 2 ac units to keep you cool during your during those hot summer days/nights.The sleeper sofa in the living area provides room for a guest or two.Pack your bags and get ready to enjoy the great outdoors. You show up and leave the rest to us.*** When selecting insurance type, please select this camper is stationary. You will not be permitted to tow it. *** What's includedKitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, utensils, silverware, children's plates, cups, and silverware, keurig (including coffee), and a toaster.Linens are provided for all beds. Bath towels, kitchen towels are provided.There are outdoor rugs, camp chairs and more.Bathroom has a spacious shower, linen storage and a cabinet to hold all of your toiletries.We provide toilet paper specifically made for RV's as any other paper can damage the holding tanks. Please do not throw any feminine products, paper towels, baby wipes or any other products in the toilet.Awning is not available for use - any tampering with the awning will result in losing your entire deposit as well as any costs to repair. We have provided a 10 x 10 pop up canopy to be used in its place. However, if camper is not occupied, high winds, or storms develop - it must be collapsed. Renter takes responsibility for replacement if used and any damage caused by the canopy. Canopy is NOT to be secured to the camper - there are stakes provided to secure in the ground.Delivery is free up to 25 miles. Further delivery is an option but will incur an additional fee of 3.50 per mile that will be calculated upon approval.Other things to noteRates are as follows:

$125/night November 1 through April 30
$140/night May 1 through August 30
Renters are responsible for reserving / paying for campsite.This is a 38 ft camper with 3 opposing slides and a canopy, you need a minimum of 40 foot campsite. NOTE: We are NOT responsible if the camper does NOT fit on the site and will NOT attempt to put it on a smaller site.**50-amp service required
**Check-in is based on the campground and check-out is 9:00 a.m.

5Chris and Rhonda were great to work with! They had us set up when we arrived, and checked on the unit so that we didn't have to worry about anything but enjoying our trip. The camper had everything that we would need. Clean and comfortable.

5Unit was fully stocked with everything including the kitchen sink. Chris and Rhonda were on it in case there were problems. None to report. Unit was clean and beautiful. Most comfortable as well. The bed was perfect. Booking for next year already. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

5Chris and Rhonda were great and very friendly! We had some issues with getting the hot water going and the door unlocked, but they came out each time promptly and helped fix the problem. The RV was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. I highly recommend Chris and Rhonda for any future RV stays.
