They’re designed to protect the camper, keep your stay stress-free, and make sure everything goes smoothly from arrival to departure.
• Delivery-Only Rental
This camper is delivery-only. I will handle setup, leveling, hookups, and breakdown. Guests should not tow, move, or reposition the camper for any reason.
• No Smoking or Vaping
There is absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the camper. Any smoke odor or damage will result in additional cleaning charges.
• Treat the Camper With Care
Please take care of the interior as you would your own home. Wipe spills quickly, avoid excessive mess, and keep food properly stored to prevent pests.
• Awning Use
The awning is available for shade and comfort but must be used responsibly. Do not leave it open during windy conditions, storms, or when leaving the campsite. Awning damage is not covered by insurance and is extremely expensive to repair.
• No Roof Access
No climbing on the roof at any time.
• Report Issues Immediately
If anything breaks, stops working, or shows signs of damage, please notify me right away. Most small issues are quick to solve — and reporting early prevents bigger problems.
• Cleanliness
Please keep the camper reasonably clean during your stay. Basic cleaning supplies are provided. At checkout, just tidy up, sweep floors, clean and stow all dishes and silverware, remove trash, and leave used linens on the beds.
• Respect the Space
This camper is prepared, cleaned, and maintained with care for each family. Please respect the space so every guest can enjoy the same high-quality experience.
