If yours is a Lake Skinner camping trip, we can bring to your purchased site and hook up/tear down for you.Has all new everything! Electric trailer tongue lift, and multiple vehicle tow shanks available for stabilizer hook up. Inside: propane stove top, microwave, fridge, adjustable thermostat for heat, A/C and fan, lighting, cabinets, pantry, linen storage, full bathroom, two twin bunks and a couch that folds out to a queen Murphy bed, multiple plug and USB ports, bluetooth head unit, in door/ outdoor speakers, spare tire, tooling for stabilizer and level jacks, hoses for water, sewer, camper plug to standard plug adapter( for prepping fridge(s) before trip) septic powder, RV only use toilet paper, Outdoor: electric awning with LED awning light, slide out propane griddle and mini beverage fridge! Quick connect outside hose/ shower. Storage compartments

Amazing experience! We rented the Evan's trailer and went on a West Coast family road trip. Evan was very friendly, helped train us up on how to install and use the trailer, and was available during our trip for any questions. The trailer was perfect for our family of 4. We created many memories in this trailer that we'll never forget. I can't say enough for how great it was to rent from Evan, and how this trailer was a perfect fit for our family.

Evan was a fantastic Host... he kept in touch with me as to set up time and take down... The trailer was perfectly laid out on the spot, leaving plenty of room for us to have guests over all weekend. The trailer housed 3 adults and 1 child - no animals... plenty of room and everything worked! PS... Lake Skinner is a great park to visit... we are on our 10th year there.
