Our warm and cozy decorated coach can sleep 6, however we don’t recommend more than 4 grown adults. It has an Over cab bunk that’s a queen size, dinette folds down into a small bed, jackknife couch turns into a small bed that are perfect for small children, a king size bed in bedroom. Has a full bathroom, and kitchen. It is a 30amp plug in and has a generator. Generator usage is included up to 4 hours per day with a $4 fee per hour after the 4 hours per day, 150 miles a day is also included with a fee of $4 per mile charge after that unless host agrees to other arrangements. Wonderful and spacious auto rollout awning with outside TV and speakers, auto levelers make it easy to set up on uneven ground, also outdoor shower for easy clean ups. Pet friendly with $100 per pet fee. Service Dog are free with proof of service. Tow packages are available for extra fee. * Guest Insurance Mandatory along with added "Trip" insurance offered by outdoorsy for $69 for entire trip.

RecommendationsRV approved campsites only. Must stay on paved roads. This RV is VERY heavy and has a low clearance it will get stuck or hit the ground if it hits any big potholes or taken up steep driveways or curbs!

Other things to notePlease clean up all messes in the RV before returning and let owner know if liquid went under the slide.
Must clean all kitchen and all equipment used and place back where they were found.

Must return RV with full tank of fuel and LP gas.

Must empty black and gray water tank and clean out black tank as educated during walk through.
