• Start Time & End Time * Pick-up (start): 1:00 PM * Return (end): 11:00 AM * If you need a different pick-up or return time, we offer an add-on for an extra fee. Just select it when booking or message us. * Early pick-up and late return are subject to availability, since we have to clean and prepare the RV for the next guest. * Please send your ETA at least 24 hours before return, and again 1 hour before you arrive. No Off-Road Driving * Paved roads only. No off-roading, dirt or gravel roads, beach or sand driving, or unmaintained roads. * No towing, no racing, and no driving through flooded roads. * Damage from off-road driving is the renter's responsibility. Mileage & Extra Miles Fee * 100 miles per day are included. * Extra miles are charged at the IRS standard mileage rate, which is $0.76 per mile Before You Return * Please return the RV with everything at the same levels as at pick-up. * Please make sure to take all your belongings with you. Fees if Levels Don't Match * Gas: cost of the fuel needed to refill + $50 refueling fee * Propane: $50 * Black tank, gray tank or fresh water tank: $50 each * To avoid these fees, make sure the readings on the RV control panel and the dashboard show the required levels at return. Driving * The RV is about 11 ft tall, so watch for low bridges, drive-thru canopies and branches. * Before you drive, make sure everything is secured so nothing can slide or fall. Everything that can slide and fall will slide and fall. * Pack the refrigerator tightly and close the door firmly. * Latch all cabinets and drawers, and put away loose items. * Close the roof vents and windows. House Rules * No smoking or vaping, at all, ever. A $1,500 fine applies for any smoking or vaping in or around the RV. * Pets need prior approval, and a $50 fee is added to the prep/sanitation fee. * Use RV-safe toilet paper only. Deposit & Damage * Refundable security deposit: $1,500. * Please report any damage, accident or breakdown right away.
