Review summary
Responsive, provides detailed instructions
Vance is highly communicative, consistently responding quickly. He provides thorough YouTube videos for easy pickup, drop-off, and trailer operation. One review noted issues with being charged for existing damage and a lack of provided essential amenities.
Tows smoothly, limited off-grid power
The trailer tows easily, is generally clean, and perfect for families with bunk beds. A key issue is limited off-grid power (outlets/AC/microwave need hookups, 12V drains quickly). Guests also noted some disrepair, DIY fixes, and no brake controller provided.
