32' 2016 RV with lots of room-This RV is perfect for families or just a couple looking to spend some quiet time. This RV has everything you will need. very spacious with 2 slide outs. it will comfortably sleep 6 with a queen bed , the dining table makes into a bead and the bead over the cab is perfect for the little ones. fully equipped with Fridge/freezer, microwave, gas stove and gas out door stove. It also has 3 satellite TVs one in the bedroom, One in the living room that is an automatic up and down that gives you more counter space when not watching tv, the third is outside with stereo and TV. It has an outside sink and counter and an outside shower. It has solar that can be set up that can run everything in the RV without the use of the generator or power at night. 2 captains chairs that recline and the cab chairs spin all the way around for more seating. we stock everything you will need basically a Vrbo on wheels. Coffee maker, blankets, towels, cooking utensils, plates , glasses ( you get the picture). Just bring you luggage and let us handle the rest. Please review all information regarding cleaning fees, returning vehicle, smoking, pet policy, etc.What's includedVRBO on wheels- just bring your luggage and move on in. Comes with all bedding( extra bedding available upon request , dishes , Utensils, cookware, coffee maker, 4 outside chairs and barbecue, gas fire pit, propane tank, everything you will need for a great camping trip. Also available Bike racks and Bikes( electric and regular) Fee applies. We love our fury little friends and you are welcome to bring your pets( pet fee applies). We have pet fencing for your fury friends so they can hang outside with you without a leash. Would you like us to do your grocery shopping? just let us know and we will get everything on your shopping list and charge a small fee for this service. Delivery fees cover delivery to site, full set up and removal( fuel included in delivery cost). our goal is to provide a 5star service and make your trip as easy as possible.Other things to noteWe want you to feel like this is your home for the time you have it, we just ask you respect our rules please.
NO SMOKING!!!! All of our Rv's are non smoking- if you smoke there will be a $250.00 cleaning fee to remove smell. any damage to RV that is not covered under insurance will be the responsibility of renter.
DELIVERY FEES can increase for certain events due to location of delivery ie Love fest, Burning man, any delivery to off road locations that are dirt roads more than 1 mile.
Daily pet fee covers extra cleaning- we all know our fury friends can get a little silly at times. All damage done by pets will be responsibility of renter.
