Very clean and brand new unit. Has only been used Once. Has upgraded steps for entrance. tv with dVR and a few movies. It is available for deliveries. Some weekends it would need to be picked up. this is on a case by case review. What's includedWe have kitchen utensils plates and cups that up to 8 people. We supply plastics gloves for using when dumping. Always I have generator that can be used for a added fee.RecommendationsEnsure your vehicle is capable and able to pull trailer. No smoking. No pets. No taking to festivals without prior authorization. Other things to noteA smoking fee will be charged. No smoking inside trailer. Dump fee will be added if not properly dumped. Cleaning fee will be charged. No festivals.

I had a fantastic experience renting Phillip’s RV for our trip to Potholes State Park! The RV was in excellent condition—clean, well-maintained, and the perfect size for our family of 5. The layout was spacious, making it perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Phillip was an outstanding host—friendly, responsive, and very accommodating. He made sure we had clear instructions for everything, and his attention to detail really enhanced our experience. If you're looking for a reliable RV and a host who goes the extra mile, I highly recommend renting from Phillip!
