Due to previous damages resulting in our RV being out of service for lengthy periods, we've decided to rent to experienced motorhome drivers only. We thank you very much for your understanding.NO LARGE VENUES/ EVENTS including camping at The Gorge/ Sports/Tailgating/ Concerts/ Burning Man/Partying, etc. If this rule is violated, there will be an additional charge deducted from your Security Deposit of one day's rental fee, up to the full Security Deposit. Thank you for understanding that these restrictions are due to previous significant concerns/issues with rentals to such venues.We prefer smaller groups/ families and need to know the destination of the trip before approval. No smoking/ tobacco is allowed at any time inside the RV. No climbing on the roof. Awning usage only during the day and never in winds over 10mph, or heavy rains/hail. Any additional charges necessary on return (extensive interior/exterior cleaning/repair, lost or stolen items, etc.) will be deducted from your Security Deposit. Please read the Add-Ons section below for further information. If charges exceed the $500 deposit, the renter will be responsible for additional charges.We allow generous Pick-Up and Return times anywhere between 11:00 am - 5:00 pm. If the RV is not returned within the 11-5 period, depending on circumstances there may be a late charge of $20/hour due to turn around time of cleaning/prep for the next rental. Though we are flexible with our Pick-Up/ Return times, we appreciate the renter's approximate expected timelines.The gas tank will be full at pickup. If not full upon return, you will be charged the current price per gallon at our local Morton station for me to fill up.* Due to WA state weight restrictions, we do recommend that you try to travel lightly! Bring your essential items (food, clothes, meds, personal toiletries/necessities, etc). We provide most of the camping items you should need on your trip. Just ask us if you have any questions about what is on board!Note: Any restrictions/rules listed are to help ensure the safety of the driver and passengers on your trip.

5My father is 80 years old, and had dementia. In his day he was an avid outdoorsman. He can't do things like he use to, so renting an RV was our opportunity to get him camping again! The RV was perfect. It comfortably accommodated my parents, my husband, my two sons (one of whom is in a pack n play), and myself!

5Dale and Venessa were such a pleasure to rent from. The communication was amazing and everything on the RV worked perfectly. They have thought of every convenience in the RV to make the rental easy and enjoyable. All we had to do was bring our clothing and food. We would certainly rent from them again in the future!

5This trip exceeded all of our family expectations! We had tried to book through Outdoorsy last year and had two different owners cancel on us at the last-minute citing mechanical issues. We had given up on the whole idea of an RV rental until some out of town family reached out to try to arrange a meet up while they'd be in with their RV from out of state. Long story short, Dale and Vanessa restored our confidence in Outdoorsy. First off, the RV was exactly what they advertised; it was in pristine condition when we picked it up and it was immediately obvious that they meticulously take care of it and go the extra mile to ensure your RV experience is awesome. My one regret is not taking them at their word when they said you only need to bring your clothes and food (we overpacked). They have taken care of providing literally every possible thing you could need from seasoning, to disposable plates, zip locks, you name it, they had it. They reached out to us weeks before our trip and communicated regularly with us around planning, which was super helpful and reassuring. They did a thorough walkthrough on pickup and explained the operation of the RV in great detail, and made themselves available throughout the trip for quick questions. They were super flexible when our plans changed unexpectedly around pick up and drop off and were nice enough to allow us to park and charge our car in a secured garage during our vacation. All in all, I can't recommend Dale and Vanessa enough (thank you both), our kids had the time of their lives and we will definitely rent from them again and refer friends and family who are interested in a great RV experience in the WA area!
