Gas tank should be full upon return, if not there is a $50 trip fee plus cost. The grey and black waste water tanks should be dumped and read empty on the console. If they are not empty a $100 charge. RV is expected to be returned in the same condition it was rented. Counters, table, sink and refrigerator/freezer should all be wiped and clean. No towing, no animals, no smoking, no roof climbing.
