5.0Take off was smooth. Real nice guy. We had the wind take the tent airborne and I got it took out of my security deposit for the full price of a new one didnt apriciate that and I left a few clean dishes in the sink to dry and got charged a cleaning fee. process is smooth but be expecting your security deposit to be played for minor inconvenience over all it was a great experience easy to work with.
