I can't wait to share my beloved RV with you!This is a 2004 Coachman Concord Class B Motorhome with 1 slide out, clean and well cared for. It is 23.5ft in total length and is easy to drive and easy to park.It has a generator, fridge/freezer, stove top microwave/confection oven, full-size shower, separate toilet, heater, air conditioning, water heater for hot showers, a TV, DVD player, bike rack for 2 bikes, and Satellite available with a monthly activation fee. Sleeps 2-4 on a pull-out sofa and conversion dinette.What's includedInside: Optional memory foam mattress topper for pull-out sofa, fresh bedding, plush towels, pots and pans, cooking utensils and knife, dishware and cutlery, dish drying rack, full-length mirror, garbage can, first aid kit, toilet paper, cleaning supplies, paper towels, toaster, dish soap and hand soap, and cables to play music or movies off your phone/laptop.Outside: 2 camping chairs, RV rug, small folding table, bike rack, fresh water hose, hammer and stakes. RecommendationsClose to Yosemite, Monterey, Santa Cruz, San Francisco, Half Moon Bay, Napa, Tahoe, Reno and Delta for water activities. Located near San Jose. Campgrounds near by include: Santa Cruz / Monterey Bay KOA Holiday, Uvas Pines RV Park, Mt. Madonna County Park, Sanborn County Park, Coyote Lake Harvey Bear Ranch County Park, Santa Cruz Redwoods RV Resort.Other things to notePets are welcome, but please wipe dirty paws off before walking on the carpet. Going to a festival? Ask about my lighting package to include solar lights to decorate the RV and help you have a magical festival experience!No smoking inside the RV. A cleaning fee of $400 will be charged to remove cigarette smoke from the upholstery.There is a $450 cleaning fee that will be deducted from your deposit if the RV is not returned in the condition that you picked it up in. We will provide full tank flushing instructions and all cleaning supplies are in the RV except for a Vacuum.
