Jonathon was very communicative and helpful! There were a few minor hiccups with the trailer, such as the gray and black tanks always showing 2/3rds full and one of the window shades not working. Besides that though it was a great experience!

Jonathan had great communication throughout our trip as we had some generator issues. so much so he was at his brother in laws wedding and still responding to try and assist. pick up was detailed yet simple and return was even more convenient. the trailer was as described and perfect for our trip! looking forward to our next trip with Jonathan!
