• Damages to any equipment such as addons can result in loss of security deposit, any additional fees for repair beyond deposit may incur to ensure repair or replacement.
• Treat this camper as if it were your own, inform the owner if something breaks, is damaged or not functioning. We are reasonable, depending on the situation a damage fee may not always incur.
• It is the renters responsibility to complete a walk-through and note anything they see and speak to the owner about at drop off to note on the contract.
• You must follow all instructions provided by owner. The owner will walk-through all operations and functionality of the camper. If there is a problem please contact the owner immediately. We will try our best to walk you through troubleshooting, if that doesn't work, the owner will come out and fix any issue your having. Please listen to all instructions and understand all operations such as turning on hot water tank. We do our best to provide all details, but a service call could be charged if it is due to not following instructions up to $100 fee, after hours including weekends will be $500.

Was having an event party for colleagues and it was perfect for the event. Dustin was on the ball and awesome, start to finish. Clean and equipped as described. Pics not really capturing all that is available within and outside the camper. All details covered. Easy to return. I would book again anytime needed.

Somewhat flexible however we deliver only, there will no longer be a pick up of the camper. The camper will be delivered, set up, and picked up by owner.
