This like new 2020 Forrest River Wolf Pup is a fantastic trailer for family gatherings or just getting outdoors. This unit can sleep up to 5 people. Queen sized bed and a dinette that folds down into a large full sized bed. There is a bunk on top of the couch. The couch does not pull out into a bed. Full kitchen, and bathroom. Stereo system inside and out with a TV and DVD player. Arctic package to handle colder climates and help keep the heat out. RV also has A/C for the hot summer days. There are USB ports and LED lighting throughout. It is stocked with everyday items you will need on your vacation. DO NOT USE Couch AS A Pull OUT BED.What's included- 4 outdoor camp chairs
- 1 full 5 gal propane tanks
- RV toilet paper and paper towels
- Trash bags
- Basic cleaning supplies
- Drip coffee maker
- Kitchen supplies: cutting boards, pots and pans, 4 plates, 4 bowls, 4 mugs, 4 cups, eating and cooking utensils, lighters and matches.
- A full fresh water tank and fridge will be cold upon pickup/delivery (can run on propane or 30A/110v)
- Two 10’ RV sewer hose, sewer connectors
- 25' fresh water hose and regulator fitting
- Leveling-block and 4 wheel chocks
- Four-way lug wrench if needing to change a flat tire.
- Bedding for all beds
- Towels

No smoking or vaping of any kind
No one rides in the RV while traveling
No awing use during wing and bring in awing at bedtime due to possibility of wind at night.

Always use pressure reducer valve and inline water filer when hooked up to fresh water supply or filling fresh water tank
Always bring in the awning, turn off lights, close and lock all windows and door when leaving the rv.
Always turn off quick connect propane hoses when not in use.
Always use wheel chocks when no connected to vehicle
Always use safety chains when transporting
Check brake lights, blinkers, and running lights before transporting
Close all blinds and secure before transporting
Close bathroom vent before transporting
Close bathroom door before transporting
Secure all loose items in camper before transporting
Retract folding steps before transporting
Retract awning before transporting
Shake out outdoor rug before putting away
Lock all doors and storage before transporting
Only use electric OR lp for water heater. Never use both
Always keep a close eye on your fresh water and black water levels
Remove all food

Make sure receiver ball latch on hitch is locked in place before transporting
Pick up tongue jack block and tire chocks before transporting
