Light weight and easy to tow with almost any truck or SUV or just show up to camp and I deliver and setup. Being only 20 feet and having high clearance allows you to get into the best campsites and still have all the amenities you need. The trailer comes supplied with propane, a clean mattress pad and cover(Bedding if requested). I also provide a couple camping chairs, an outdoor mat to place under the awning, and a kitchen set consisting of table setting for 4 with utensils, plates, cups, bowls, coffee cups, coffee maker, toaster, pots, frying pans, and a tea kettle.

No climbing on the roof, no smoking in the trailer, dirt roads are okay but no off-roading or un-even ground, no cleaning fish in the sink, no standing on the bed, no flushing anything other than small amounts of RV toilet paper provided.

- Free cancellation for 48 hours after booking, as long as you cancel more than 14 days before departure.
