Welcome to your next adventure!Upon entering the camper, you will be welcomed with a spacious layout. The kitchen features a fridge, double sink, oven/range, microwave, several cupboards and drawers and a built-in paper towel holder. There is also a nice sized pantry to keep all of your vacation food. The fold-out couch, as well as the collapsible dinette, double as sleeping areas. The seats of the dinette lift to reveal more storage. The many windows let in lots of natural light as well as letting the breeze flow through when opened. Several ducts will keep you comfortable with air conditioning or heat.The bathroom consists of a shower (with hand-held wand), tub, sink with vanity drawers and storage, a foot-flush toilet and medicine cabinet/mirror. A skylight keeps the room very bright.The bunkroom boasts a whopping 4 bunkbeds and a wardrobe with lots of storage! Two small kids may even share a bunk! Vents keep the room just the right temperature. A curtain separates the bunkroom from the living areas.In the master, a queen bed, double wardrobes and double side tables with drawers provide a lot of storage! The platform of the bed raises to reveal another storage area. Store your luggage or laundry basket there to keep your floors clear. Two windows bring in the natural light as well as the breeze when needed. More vents keep the room comfortable. The master bedroom has a sliding door for extra privacy.Outside, the large awning is great for relaxing in the shade. Do NOT leave it out unattended or during rain and wind. On both ends of the camper are storage compartments accessible by either side. Hoses, as well as gear needed for set-up and tear-down are found there. There is also an outdoor shower.We truly hope you have a great vacation with many memories!

A broom and fly swatter are also included.We have an optional basic cookware package available if you choose. It comes with some pots and pans, cooking utensils, a coffee percolator, and some mugs.Camping chairs are also an added fee if you would like to add them to your rental.
Other things to noteYou MUST request & get owner approval before allowing a dog in the RV. Owner reserves the right to accept or decline any dog, for any reason. Dogs must be crated when left unattended in camper. No puppies or cats allowed. Only house-trained dogs. Dogs are not allowed on any upholstered area due to the soft material and the risk of stains, smells or other damage. We charge an extra fee of $100, non-refundable, per dog. If any pet damages occur, including evidence of pet urine or feces, you will forfeit your entire security deposit, and any excess damage will be charged to you accordingly. If any large amounts of pet hair are left upon return, you will be charged a full Deep Cleaning Fee for this to be removed. Do NOT leave the awning out unattended or use it in the wind and rain. It can rip and break and insurance does not cover it, it will be your responsibility to pay for repairs.

We currently have 2 campers which we have nicknamed Dale and Max. Dale is a 32 foot 2006 Keystone Springdale that sleeps 10 (bunkroom in the rear). Max is a 23 foot 2007 R-Vision Max Lite, that sleeps 10 as well (double bunks in the front). We really hope you enjoy your vacation and rent from us again!
