We can also provide a 4 person tent and air mattresses (available upon request for additional charge) sink, microwave, stove and oven, gas/electric Fridge, AC, furnace, gas/electric water heater, dishes, fresh linens, utensils, cookware, camping chairs, camping table. Easy to set up on your own or we can set it up for you to avoid the hassle. A generator is required to run the A/C or microwave (we have one available upon request for an additional charge). Delivery & pick-up within 30 miles radius available upon request with charge.We pride ourselves on providing a clean and well taken care of trailer. We ask that our renters keep that in mind and treat the trailer with the same respect. An extra cleaning fee will be charged for guests who leave the trailer very dirty that requires deep cleaning.What's included• dishes

• Place all used linens on the main bed.
• All dishes must be washed and put away, there is a sponge and dish soap provided, as well as a drying mat.
• The generator is not to be started while plugged into the unit. You must unplug the generator from the camper before turning the generator on, otherwise, damage may occur to the trailers electrical system or to the generator.

- Prep fee: NZ$127.50. The prep fee incudes my time and supplies related to filling up propane and water and ensuring all black and gray water tanks are empty, as well as filling up generator with gas.
