Review summary
Inconsistent support and communication
Initially cooperative with issues like the slide-out, but later reneged on promised refunds/reimbursements, blamed renters for damages, and was described as unprofessional in post-rental interactions.
Experienced functional and minor issues
The slide-out malfunctioned, taking 5 hours to fix, and a bathroom vent broke due to strong winds. Other guests reported the RV was clean and everything worked well for their trips.
