Couldn't be happier with Zach and his van. It was everything we expected and allowed us to explore Glacier and everything in between. Zach was excellent to communicate with, flexible and accommodating, making sure with always felt comfortable and answering every question we had along the way.

We spent a week in Zach’s newly converted camper and had the best time ever!Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The van is perfectly equipped for two people , we slept really well every night and cooked every day without any issues. The setup is thoughtful, functional, superclean and comfortable. Zach himself was incredibly helpful, friendly, and easygoing. You can tell he genuinely cares about making sure his guests have a great time. Montana is awesome, I would absolutely rent from him again, highly recommended and thank you again Zach!

Rules and policies
Off Roading I do have a strict off-road policy. Authorized Driver(s) are permitted to drive on forest service roads and similar unpaved roads provided that you understand the following: (1) this van is 2×4 and not intended, or allowed, to be used in a true off road setting, heavily wash boarded roads, or overgrown trails that may result in scratch damage to the van. (2) If you are outside of the prescribed area, or are deemed to be on a non-approved road, all costs associated with towing, repair and damage to the van shall be borne by the renter. (3) The van owner is the sole determinant of non-approved roads or other unapproved use of the vehicle. Shoulders, unimproved campsites, and any unpaved roads that are not forest service roads or of similar quality to forest service roads are generally non-approved and “use at your own risk”. [URL removed] Keep in mind Unsure about the cancellation policy? Go with Moderate. Listings with Flexible or Moderate cancellation policies tend to attract more bookings compared to Strict policies.

Frequently asked questions

Q.

What kind of fuel does the van use, and do I need to refill it?

A.

The van runs on regular unleaded gas and will be provided with a full tank.

Q.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

A.

Each rental day is considered a 24-hour period. So, if you pick up the van at noon, it should be returned by noon on your return day. I understand travel plans aren’t always exact, so I offer a 2-hour grace period. For example, a noon pickup can be returned by 2:00 PM without a fee. Need more time? No problem — additional hours are billed at $20/hour, either deducted from the security deposit or arranged in advance. Just communicate with me ahead of time and we’ll work it out!

Q.

Does the van have a cooler or fridge?

A.

Yes! The van includes a 32qt Arctic-brand cooler on a convenient slide-out track beneath the bench seat. It’s roomy enough for a few days’ worth of food and drinks, and super easy to access.

Q.

Is there bear spray in the van?

A.

Yes – I include a canister of bear spray in the van for your safety, especially if you're venturing into the backcountry or Glacier National Park. Just please be sure to return it to the van when you're done and avoid discharging it unless absolutely necessary.
