Fees
- Security deposit: $615.00 (refundable)
- Prep fee: $61.50. This fee will cover preparing and sanitizing the unit prior to each rental. Also, this fee will cover propane usage that you don't have to refill when returning.

Well kept trailer .. Kevin very courteous and flexible .. Very instrumental in showing us everything there is to know about expanding and collapsing the trailer .. Rained / Snowed for two days straight, inside was very dry and heater kept us warm as temperatures dipped to minus 1 C .. Towing was simple

The trailer is exactly as shown and great for a small family or couple to use.
The furnace works great, the battery bank lasts quite a while before needing a charge, the the trailer was quite easy to set up.

My kids loved their first camping experience sleeping in a tent trailer. Kevin, the host, was amazing and the trailer was very well maintained.

This was our first time towing or using a trailer, and it went very well! Kevin explained everything thoroughly and everything functioned perfectly. It was very easy to set up, and was so comfortable for our family of 4. Looking forward to renting it again in the future!
