2010 Keystone Fuzion Toy Hauler/Crew Cab Chevy Duramax LTZ

This camper was great for our 5 day trip. We had issues with the battery being dead pretty much every time we went to start the generator which was less than ideal. However, Tom was extremely helpful and even replaced the battery and sent us on our way with a jump pack just in case (which was used). We were in a primitive camp site with zero power/water hookups and with running the genny for 64 hours, it drained the gas tank pretty quick and you were only able to power the front two A/C units, however that was communicated by Tom. The freshwater tank stunk really badly so unfortunately no showers were able to be taken. We did clean/treat the tank before return so it should be fine now though. While there were issues, almost all except the water tank were able to be solved in a matter of 10 minutes. Tom was so helpful and easily reached through the process. Campers are finicky, but we had a great time and it worked out just fine for our trip.

Overall awesome experience, insanely friendly and helpful with any questions and requests. Had a minor hiccup with a battery and it was taken care of right away, camper was great as expected. Would recommend!
