Are there any special tricks and tips that would help with operating the RV easily?
A.
This is a super easy vehicle to drive because it is basically a car. Fits in a car space, very stealth. As for the pop top: 1. unlatch side latches 2. inside the vehicle, remove the black plastic acess pannel 3. pull the red side loops (one on the left, one on the ride) 4. push up 5. place the stick / support to the roof stays open 6. do that in reverse to close it.

What do I need to do for insurance?
A.
The guest would need to get a third party binder to cover the rental. If any damages do occur it would be between you and renter to discuss how the damages will be taken care of. The guest would need to contact their car insurance carrier to see if that is something they provide. Please provide proof of insurance for the rental of the 2004 Honda Element for the purposes of camping. Or, an acknowledment of covering the cost of repairing any damage incurred during your stay. Thank you!
