Review summary
Highly Communicative & Supportive
Owners provide clear, frequent communication, going "above and beyond" with delivery, setup, and thoughtful touches like farm eggs and amenities (games, tubes). A past cancellation was due to a transmission issue.
Well-Equipped & Spotlessly Clean
The RV is consistently praised for being clean, well-stocked with essentials (linens, kitchenware, chairs), and providing comfort with reliable AC/heater. It fits families of 2-4. One guest noted an inaccurate blackwater gauge.

5.0It was great, the camper was set up when we arrived and we did not have any issues. Great communication checking in on us throughout the week.

5.0We had a great family weekend adventure at the Frio. This was the perfect setup for our family of 4. It was our first time using a trailer and everything went smoothly.

5.0This camper was delivered and set up perfectly with the owner going out of his way to organize delivery and pick up with Garner State Park. All I did was book and pay and show proof of campsite location. The owner was very knowledgeable and communication was awsome, thanks guys!!!

5.0Our first time in an RV. Great communication made it all doable. RV had all we needed. Delivery and pick was perfect. I would recommend. The blackwater gauge was not accurate, but all else worked great.
