Dinette table is largest in it's class at 88' Dream Dinette. Full residential refrigerator with ice maker and washer and dryer all included. Master bathroom has a his and her sink and his and her storage. There is a master bedroom AC unit and front house AC unit. Everything can be controlled by your smart phone with the app so no more having to get up at night to adjust the temperature or turn on/off lights. Batteries were replaced under warranty along with the RV being serviced with the generator. Aria 4000 has the most outside storage because of its Freightliner® XC-R Raised Rail Chassis with Atlas Foundation of anything in it's class at 240 cu. ft! PROPANE TANK and FUEL TANK must be return full ($80 FEE for propane ,$4 per gallon FEE for Fuel if not returned filled)
The RV must be returned exactly as it was picked up, ANY DAMAGE will be paid by the customer
